Friday beauty tip. #9

Hello!
Today I have mini DIY scrub for
reducing the appearance of cellulite! 
I will also include some other cellulite busting tips so if
you're interested then keep reading!

So you may have heard of 'Frank' coffee scrub which is 
famous for its cellulite zapping properties and this is my DIY take
on that scrub.

Coffee scrub is great for boosting circulation and it helps
to diminish the bumpy appearance.
This scrub can also be used on your face & lips!

So this scrub contains four ingredients,
coffee granules, sugar, oil & cinnamon, which is optional.
I personally prefer brown sugar but I didn't have any in &
I like to add cinnamon for an extra kick, it smells great and also brings
blood to the surface of the skin.
So I firstly take a large tablespoon of coffee, a large tablespoon of sugar,
a tablespoon of cinnamon and a large tablespoon of melted coconut oil...
you can use any oil but coconut oil has a lot of skin benefits.
 
 I then mix this thoroughly until I have a 'not so pretty' looking mixture.
It smells good though, especially when it comes to washing it off.
I will then scrub my body with this mixture and leave it to sit for a few minutes before
rinsing it off.
 so there you go! softer & less bumpy skin!

 some other tips for helping to improve cellulite include;

- Improving your diet
- Drinking lots of water, I like to add lemon to help detox also.
- Exercise
- Body brushing to improve circulation
- Using a fake tan will help cover it up a little, it's more obvious on paler skin.
- It also helps to quit smoking, if you do smoke that is!


& remember that drinking coffee doesn't count ;)
you have to rub it on yourself!
