Fragrance On Friday. #20 Lush creamy candy - limited edition.

Hello!
Welcome back for fragrance on Friday week twenty!
The final week!
Today's review is on Lush creamy candy. (Limited edition)
Limited edition
Every year lush release limited edition perfumes in the UK and the public
vote on their scents, I picked this up at Christmas time.
There are however very few on eBay.

Previous Fragrance on Friday's
As stated above this fragrance is limited edition, ever year at Lush
the public vote on which Lush scent they want making into a perfume
and four or five scents are made into perfume form, they
are only available for a few weeks a year and I was lucky enough to grab this at
Christmas time, keep your eyes peeled, it may be back this Christmas.

I couldn't find the description online for this scent
anywhere and the bottle literally has nothing on it
besides the name, so that's helpful!

It literally smells exactly like the creamy candy bath bomb which
is available all year round in case you want this scent and cant get it in a perfume form!
I think it literally smells like parma violet sweets and some sort
of candy/bubblegum under tones.
It is super sweet and sugary which is what I love about this scent.
A lot of products when turned into perfume format don't smell
alike but this is identical and I love to smell like a bath bomb personally.

once the initial scent dies down it really sinks into the skin and
leaves quite a deep sugary smell while still retaining it's original scent.

This is another of my boyfriend's favourites, it's just
one that you want to constantly smell.
so it's a shame it's not sold all year round.
Now on to the packaging, it's a dark black bottle with very little
on it besides the name, I don't like that I can't see the product amount so
I can ration it.
It's not too bulky, but I wouldn't say it's the most handbag friendly perfume.

The lasting power of this fragrance is pretty good, it doesn't last as long as
'ponche', the other Lush perfume that I have reviewed but it does stick around
for several hours and retain a strong scent.

This isn't one for those who don't like very sweet and strong perfumes,
it's like liquid sugar.

Pro's
  lasting power
unique fragrance
true to original fragrance

Cons
not available all year round
no guarantee of coming back

overall I do love this fragrance, I wish I could get more of it to be honest,
It's not an everyday one for me, it is sickly sweet and it really
depends on my mood with perfume, especially super sweet ones.
I feel like I treat myself to wearing this as it's hard to get hold of as it was limited edition
and I can't see how much I've got left.

It'd be nice if  Lush replaced their original perfumes (as some stink!)
with these kind of scents to match their best selling products,
(snow fairy, creamy candy, ponche, the comforter etc)
those products obviously sell for a reason, the main one being the smell, so why not!?

I like that this product is made from natural ingredients and the rest
are safe synthetics, none of which have been tested on animals nor
bought from companies that test on animals.

I love the company and their morals & I love the scent with
it being so true to the original creamy candy product.

I feel guilty that you can't get this amazing scent,
but check out the creamy candy bubble bar instead!
